Phone Orders - You may place your order over the phone by calling during our business hours. We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST,
Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Internet Orders - You may place your order using our site at any time of the day, but it will only be processed during business hours.
If you are requesting an air shipment, PLEASE CALL US after your order is submitted, so we can process it IMMEDIATELY.
Payment - We accept VISA, Master Card, and Discover credit cards. You may also pay by C.O.D. for a fee of $7.50 added to shipping
charges. Check, or Money Order to be payable to Classic Iron Ranch.
Shipping Estimates - THE FOLLOWING CHART IS ONLY A GUIDELINE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. Orders that cost more for shipping
will be charged appropriately. The shipping charge is generated by the UPS or FedEx systems. We add $1.00 to that charge for the box. Unless
specified, all orders under $15.00 will be shipped the most cost effective way, either UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service. All other orders will
be shipped by UPS. MINIMUM shipping will be Priority Mail for $3.85.

Shipping price will be adjusted according to weight and size of box; for heavy or bulky items. With boxes over 60" in length, UPS will add an
additional $5.00 handling charge.
Inspect Your Order - You must inspect your package as soon as it arrives. Notify us immediately of any shortages or damages. UPS and
FedEx will NOT honor your claim if not made within one week. Save all packing material and box for inspection. This is a requirement in order to
file a claim and be reimbursed.
Minnesota Residents Only - Add 6.5% Sales Tax.
Delivery Policy - Free delivery on orders over $1,000.00 that ship UPS Ground or Truck Freight. Free delivery orders must be placed at
one time. We reserve the right to split shipments. Classic Iron Ranch cannot assume responsibility for any interruption of delivery service due to
a cause beyond the carrier's control, including, but not limited to: weather, strikes, lockouts or labor disputes. Exceptions: No free delivery
on orders outside of the continental 48 United States.
Price Changes - Because our suppliers change their prices throughout the year, prices in our online catalog may fluctuate from time to
time. However, our site will always contain the current price.
Returns - All items are refundable if ALL of the following conditions are met. A restocking fee may be applied.
- A copy of the original sales invoice must be returned with the items.
- Items are in new resellable condition.
- All items are returned within 30 days.
- Any items that have been primed, painted or altered in any way will not be returnable.
- Special order items are not returnable.
Limitations of Liability - Classic Iron Ranch will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage that occurs while installing
or using any item purchased from or installed by Classic Iron Ranch. Customer assumes all risks.
